MetaLine Série 700 –

Aplicável por pulverização / Qualidade OEM

Os revestimentos MetaLine Série 700 absorvem energias nocivas de impacto e vibrações, graças ao comportamento elástico permanente do material. A espessura é adaptada individualmente aos parâmetros de carga e às condições de fluxo da construção da turbina. A estrutura particularmente lisa da superfície evita turbulências e é extremamente resistente à cavitação.

MetaLine Série XL –

Aplicável por espátula ou pincel / Qualidade de reparação

Os materiais MetaLine Série XL são materiais de reparação, aplicáveis com espátula ou pincel, que possuem um baixo peso superficial. Estes materiais são utilizados para reparar danos parciais causados pela erosão. Graças ao processamento sem aplicação de calor, não há a formação de tensões na superfície. Estes materiais são eletroquimicamente neutros e não provocam a corrosão bimetálica.
